Tuition, in plain English.

Annual tuition is spread evenly across ten monthly payments — one rate per class per week, no surprises. Below: the full pricing chart, payment schedule, separate fees (costumes, competition, registration), and the make-up + late-fee policies.

Pricing placeholders. Exact monthly amounts are confirmed during registration. Send the studio your dancer’s class selections and we’ll quote the total in writing the same day.
01

Sibling discount

A discount applies to every additional dancer from the same household. Applied automatically at registration — nothing to claim.

02

Multi-class discount

The more classes per week, the lower the per-class rate. The chart above already reflects the bracketed pricing.

Financial aid

Confidential, by request. Email info@cafferys.net with “scholarship” in the subject line. No application form.

Tuition is broken into ten equal monthly payments. The first month is due at registration, then auto-pay runs on the 15th of each month. June has no charge — the season’s already paid.

10 charges total · Aug at registration + monthly Sep–May · June & July are free of tuition.

A few items aren’t in the monthly rate: a one-time registration fee per dancer (sibling discount), costume fees per recital piece (billed in the fall), competition fees for company members only, and required attire (shoes, leotards, tights) sold at the front desk at studio cost — no markup. All confirmed in writing at registration.

Make-up classes
Up to 3 make-up classes per dancer per season. Email the studio to book a make-up in any same-level class. Make-ups can’t be carried into the next season.
Refunds
Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes (use a make-up instead) and is generally non-refundable once the season starts. Pre-season cancellations get a full refund.
Drops & transfers
Switch between classes any time, space permitting. To drop a class entirely after the season starts, give us 30 days’ written notice and your billing stops at the end of the next billing month.
Snow days & closures
If the studio closes for weather, missed classes can be made up at no extra cost outside the regular 3-make-up cap. We post closures by 1pm in the parent portal and on social.
Recital participation
The June recital is the season finale, but it’s not mandatory. Tell us by January if your dancer would prefer to skip and we’ll skip the costume fee.
Transfer students
Joining mid-season? Tuition is pro-rated to your start date and the registration fee is reduced. Costume fees still apply if you join the recital.
